1. Contingency Search Option
Our contingency search option is best suited for situations of lower priority where timing is not critical. This option is designed for clients requiring only basic search services and preliminary candidate review. We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee. No exclusivity of candidates is offered.
2. Retained Search Option
Retained search is given highest priority. In essence we partner with our client to provide an unparallel range of services and features which guarantee outstanding performance. The retained search option is appropriate at all staffing levels where the need is critical and timing is important. All candidates recruited will be exclusively presented to the client. We also offer a 90 day candidate replacement guarantee. The terms and conditions of the retained search option are:
1/3 Due as initial retainer
1/3 Due upon submission of candidate short list.
Balance due upon candidate offer acceptance or 30 days after submission of candidate short list whichever is sooner.
